4th First Due Fire in Five Weeks - 420 Paxson Ave (2/1/10)

Station 1 was dispatched for the house fire with people trapped at 420 Paxson Ave.  Engine 1 and Deputy 1 went on location reporting fire showing from the first floor with multiple people trapped.  With Engine 300 arriving behind Engine 1, the crew from Engine 1 went in service with an 1 3/4" line to the first floor while Engine 300's crew rescued an occupant from the third floor via ground ladders. 

   

   

 

 


Vehicle Drives Through Laundromat - 267 S. Easton Road (1/27/10)

3rd First Due Fire in a Month - 210 Harrison Ave (1/19/10)

Station 1 was dispatched for the house fire at 210 Harrison Ave at 04:24 hours.  On his way to the firehouse, Lieutenant 1 reported heavy fire to the rear of the house.  Chief 1 arrived on location reporting a fully involved detached garage to the rear of the house.  Engine 1 and Lieutenant 1 arrived on location and went in service with an 1 3/4" line.

   

   


 

Engine 1 Assists on House Fire in 400's District - 332 Ruscombe Ave (1/6/10)

 Engine 1 was dispatched to 332 Ruscombe Ave in the North Hills section of 400's first due.  Engine 1's crew assisted with checking for extension.

 


 

First Due Basement Fire - 218 Brookdale Road (1/2/10)

 Engine 1 and Assistant 1 arrived on location with the Assistant reporting a basement fire caused by a furnace.  The crew from Engine 1 went in service with an 1 3/4" to the basement to get a quick knock.


 

First Due House Fire - 7815 Conwell Road (12/22/09)

Station 1 was dispatched for the house fire at 7815 Conwell Road in the Laverock section of the district.  26PD went on location reporting a working kitchen fire.  Crews had multiple rooms off and went in service with multiple lines.
