Numerous congressional and fire service related bodies
have released reports assessing the state of the
volunteer fire service in general, and specifically in
Pennsylvania. All of these reports cite effective
leadership as the most critical component of successful
organizations. In order to achieve our organization’s
strategic goals, embrace our core competencies, and
improve in areas of need, only the greatest leaders can
retain critical leadership positions. We feel that our
current leaders are fit for this task and will allow us
to remain progressive in an extremely challenging
atmosphere. |
